I/we the undersigned, by means of a halachically valid kinyan, hereby authorize Rabbi D. Hadar of Temple Moses 1200 Normandy Dr., Miami Beach FL 33141 (or any agent that he appoints) as my/our agent for the sale, transfer, and assignment of all Hamets (of whatever kind and nature) that I own or possess or in which I may have an interest, wheresoever situated in the spaces noted below or in any space, which are Halachiclly prohibited for a Jew to own on Pesah.

Rabbi D. Hadar (or any agent that he appoints) are also empowered to serve as an agent to lease the area/areas in which such Hamets or mixtures of Hamets are kept and to provide the non – Jewish purchaser with access to those areas.

The above-given power is in conformity with all Torah and Rabbinic laws and in accordance with the regulations of the state of Florida and the United States. The sale will take place on Friday, March 26th, 2021 – 13 of Nissan, 5781.
